Popping in today to tell you something that may help you in menu-planning this week ... that Mississippi Roast I posted about recently (here)?
Well, it is JUST as good (if not better) with chicken thighs! I used this recipe and the chicken was just falling off of those thigh bones. Absolutely delicious.
So, grab your sodium-laden packets and heat up that crockpot the next time you see chicken thighs on sale at the grocery store. This cut of chicken is already so inexpensive to begin with -- you could easily make this entire entree for about $3.00!
